Lady Gaga in Odradek

Japanese fashion mission, chapter 5: “Very very bad bad girl cuffsâ€.
There are no photos from the show and even though I tried my utmost, you can hardly see them on the screencaps.
After I read the fashion credits on Nicola Formichetti’s blog (every little monster must read!), I got in touch with both Hiroko Ueki and Odradek, who created the cuffs our very very bad bad girl wore for the show.
The wrist jewels are a specially customized version of the “Private Universe†bracelet from Odradek SS 2010 collection, I’m beyond positive many of you fellas will fall for, presented back in October during the Tokyo Fashion Week.

Demian Celica Kanou, the talented lady behind Odradek, is Fashion & Textile at Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication graduate.
While at school, she interned at Camilla Staerk, Hussein Chalayan and Kenzo. And after working as a menswear designer for a French licensing label and Reem, Demian decided to launch her own brand in 2008.
Each of Gaga’s super chic “prisoner handcuffs†consists of two “Private Universe†bracelets attached to each other by 2 cm long black chains.
