Lady Gaga in Alexis Bittar
Lady Gaga made a surprise visit to New Yorkâs Museum of Modern Art to see Marina AbramoviÄÂ âThe Artist Is Presentâ installation. Marinaâs popular collaborative performance is a âmarathonâ work (March 14 â" May 31, 2010) and involves the artist sitting in silence, face to face with one person at a time, for as long as the museum-goer wants.
If I lived in (or traveled to) New York, I wouldnât miss the opportunity of slowing down and exchaging some energy (and most probably some tears too, I know myselfâ¦) with Marina.
Thanks to Joe Holmes for being there and taking below photos for all of us.
Gaga completed her Hussein Chalayan leather jacket and Noritaka Tatehana âNight Makersâ combo with an awesome custom created face jewel.
What may look like leather, in fact is black lucite.
The one of a kind eye mask with gold spikes was meticulously hand carved and hand painted for Gaga by jewelry designer Alexis Bittar.
As always, Iâve got some really amazing bonus for you.
A little preview of Alexisâ Fall 2010 collection full of fascinating quirky and highly glamorous statement pieces.
Genie, could I have the ring bracelet pretty please? Iâve been a good girl, a very very good good girl, honeyâ¦
