If you were hoping to host a Hoarders marathon, via Netflix, over the weekend, then you’re in for some bad news. Some 800 hours of A&E and History content were removed from Netflix on Friday after the companies failed to reach a new agreement.

According to /Film, this is the largest deletion in Neflix history. The last time the streaming site lost a large amount of content was in February, when Starz pulled its Disney and Sony movies.

While there will still be some History and A&E programming left to stream, many of the most popular shows are gone. Among them are Pawn Stars, Ice Road Truckers, Storage Wars, American Pickers, Gene Simmons: Family Jewels, Intervention and Hoarders.

Still, just because these shows are gone right now, it doesn’t mean they’re gone forever. A new deal can be made in the future. But Variety speculates that Netflix is slowly losing interest in unscripted material, and that this move is just the beginning.

Netflix has become way more than just a streaming site. It’s the place where rejected shows like Arrested Development find new life. So maybe the site is more interested in showing original content than a series where a bunch of surly dudes fight over old stuff. Can you really blame them?
